Erica Esko joined Neufeld O’Leary and Giusto in February of 2021.
Prior to joining Neufeld O’Leary and Giusto, Erica worked as an Agency Attorney for the New York City Police Department where she handled a high volume caseload, including EEO cases, regarding all aspects of disciplinary proceedings against civilian NYPD employees for misconduct. During her time with the NYPD, she was promoted to Deputy Managing Attorney which involved supervising other Agency Attorneys and support staff in addition to continuing to perform the duties of Agency Attorney.
Erica also clerked for the Honorable Edgar G. Walker at New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, where she researched and analyzed numerous legal issues in many areas of law raised in complex civil term motions.
In 2015, Erica graduated from St. John’s University School of Law where she was a staff member of the St. John’s Law Review and recipient of the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Property. Prior to attending law school, Erica graduated from New York University where she double majored in Journalism and Psychology.
A native New Yorker, Erica currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband and two pets, a pitbull named Honey and a cat named Emma.
