TrieuVan Nguyen, Esq. graduated from CUNY School of Law in May 2021. She focuses her practice on trusts and estates, advising individuals and families on estate planning, trust administration, and fiduciary matters. Prior to entering firm practice, TrieuVan served as Trust and Estates Counsel at Comerica Bank & Trust in New York, where she advised fiduciaries and high-net-worth clients on complex trust and estate administration matters. She also previously worked with a multi-family office with international operations, assisting with estate structuring, succession planning, and governance matters for globally situated families. TrieuVan brings a practical and detail-oriented approach to her work and is committed to helping clients navigate the legal and financial considerations involved in preserving and transferring wealth across generations.

Outside of her legal practice, her story began a bit farther from home—she immigrated from Vietnam to the United States at 15 with her family, an experience that shaped her perspective, resilience, and appreciation for new opportunities. These days, when she’s not working with clients, she can usually be found spending time with her cat, Luna, exploring new restaurants, or enjoying a good laugh with friends. She brings that same curiosity, warmth, and grounded approach into her work, aiming to make the legal process feel more human and approachable.
